12 - 6 Months

Select your external vendors and think through additional rental needs.

• Schedule a kick-off Google Meet with Caboose Operations Manager, Georgina, to talk about all that’s to come!

• Select your Wedding Planner.

• RSVP for your Wedding Tasting. Tasting dates will be sent in December of the year prior to your event with tastings occurring on Sundays in February, March, and April of your event year.

• Review our Trusted Vendor Directory and make your selections from our incredible partners.

• Review the rentals included with your contract and explore upgrades or additions for your event. Get in touch for everything from ideas to pricing.

6 - 2 Months

Enjoy your tasting, design your menu, finalize your guest list and seating chart, and solidify your general timeline.

• Visit The Caboose and enjoy your menu tasting!

• Make your selections and finalize your menu with The Caboose Chef.

• Connect The Caboose team with your selected Wedding Planner.

• Log into your Social Tables account - invitation in your inbox from The Caboose Team - and use The Caboose Team Templates to assist in your seating arrangements and space planning.

1 Month

It’s time to finalize: your headcount, menu, timeline, and balance.

• 21 Days: Your final headcount and guest allergy list are due to The Caboose team.

• 14 Days: Your balance payment is due to The Caboose. Final rental selections are due. Your Wedding Planner should share finalized timeline, seating chart, ceremony and reception layouts, menu pdfs, vendor COIs, and client special event insurance with 1 week left to go.

• 5 Days: It’s time to make a rain call - decision due on your contingency tent by Tuesday at 11am.
