Vegas shotgun weddings, reimagined in the Hudson Valley.
I Do Express is for the couple who knows that "I do" is the most important part of the day. Inspired by the legendary spontaneity of Las Vegas and refined with editorial precision, we’ve reimagined the shotgun wedding for the modern romantic.
Here, you aren't managing a production—you’re the center of it. Our creative team handles every design detail and logistical beat, leaving you free to simply arrive, marry your person, and celebrate. No excess, no stress—just a perfectly choreographed moment that belongs entirely to you.
The Experience, In Detail
We believe your wedding should be about the moment, not the management. I Do Express is a modern play on the shotgun wedding—reimagining the road from planning to production as a refined, intentional journey. To preserve this intimacy and provide truly bespoke service, we welcome only three couples a day, ensuring your "I Do" remains the day's undisputed center of attention.
The Setting
Your story begins with a choice of two breathtaking backdrops: the architectural beauty of our Main Hall or the romance of our lush Perennial Gardens. Whichever you choose, you’ll be surrounded by artful floral installations by Petal to the Metal and Flower Scout. From grand anchor arrangements to the intimate details of your bouquets, every petal is placed with the utmost care and precision.
The Atmosphere
Your "I Do" deserves a soundtrack to match. With Dart Collective at the helm, the music does more than play—it sets the mood. From your first steps toward the altar to your first dance as a married couple, expect a curated, high-energy flow that keeps the celebration moving and the vibes unmatched.
The Celebration
After the ceremony, we head straight into the party. This part of the day is designed for your inner circle—up to 50 of your favorite people—prioritizing actual conversation over a big, overblown production. You'll choose your spot ahead of time: grab drinks at the vintage Caboose train car in the garden, or keep it cool in the air-conditioned lounge of the Main Hall. Either way, we’ll be ready for you with chilled bubbles, signature cocktails, plenty of small bites, and our signature seafood towers.
The Legacy
Throughout your two-hour celebration, Sara Wallach and Adam Deen move with you, capturing the day with an editorial eye. From your couple portraits to the candid moments of your cocktail hour, they’ll ensure that while the experience is fleeting, the memories are permanent.
The Investment
$15,000 All-Inclusive
We think the best gift we can give you is a day where you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our flat-rate, all-in price covers everything: the venue, our creative team, a full open bar, and those signature seafood towers—plus all your photography and video. There are no hidden fees or confusing spreadsheets to manage. You just show up, and we’ll handle the rest.
Three couples. 50 guests each. One unforgettable Hudson Valley day.
Three Moments, Three Couples

11:20 AM | The Morning "I Do": The heart of the day. A 30-minute ceremony designed to feel unhurried and intentional. There’s space here to include a few meaningful readings or simply take a breath, be present, and say your vows to each other.
11:50 AM | The Inner Circle Portraits: A brief, well-organized portrait session with your closest people. We’ll keep things efficient so you can enjoy the moment without feeling pulled away for too long.
12:05 PM | Brunch Toasts: The celebration begins with chilled bubbles and seafood towers. From here, your photographer will be capturing the candid, joy-filled moments as they naturally unfold.
12:45 PM | Cake & Final Moments: A classic cake-cutting to close out the morning on a sweet, celebratory note.

3:50 PM | The Inner Circle Portraits: A quick, well-paced round of group photos with your closest people. Organized ahead of time, so it feels easy—and so you can move right into cocktails without missing a beat.
4:05 PM | The Golden Cocktail Hour: The bar opens, the light softens, and everything shifts into that dreamy summer glow. This is your time to actually be with your guests—drink in hand—while your photographer moves through the crowd capturing it all as it happens.
4:45 PM | The Cake Cutting: A simple, classic moment that brings everyone back together before the afternoon wraps.
5:00 PM | A Graceful Transition: Head out into the evening—maybe a walk, maybe a dinner reservation—whatever feels like the right next move as newlyweds.
Couple Three: Sunset Vows
Your Two-Hour Celebration
7:00 PM | The Arrival & Editorial Session: Arrive right as the evening light starts to turn—soft, glowy, and very summer. We’ll slip straight into a couple’s portrait session so we can capture you in that just-arrived, fully-in-it feeling.
7:20 PM | The Bright "I Do": A 30-minute ceremony that feels relaxed but intentional, set beneath the garden canopy or inside the window-lined hall, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling light as the sun begins its slow descent.
7:50 PM | The Inner Circle Portraits: A quick, thoughtful round of photos with your closest people. Easy and efficient before the night really opens up.
8:05 PM | The Party: The bar is open, the energy lifts, and it starts to feel like a proper summer night. Cocktails in hand, seafood towers making the rounds—you get to actually be in it with your guests while your photographer captures the candid, in-between moments.
8:45 PM | The Sunset Toast: A sweet cake-cutting timed to that last stretch of warm evening light. A flattering, natural pause to take it all in.
9:00 PM | Into the July Night: Step out into the night as newlyweds—maybe dinner, maybe something spontaneous, whatever feels right.

Ready to Say "I Do"?
We’ve designed I Do Express for the couple who wants to get married — not plan a wedding.
To maintain this level of precision, please note that this is a fixed-design experience. While we handle every floral stem, every curated track, and every chilled oyster, the aesthetic and flow are set by our creative team. We invite you to step into our vision so that on July 11th, your only job is to show up, look incredible, and get married.
Fill out this form and we’ll be in touch to walk you through the details and secure your time. From there, we’ll take care of everything that follows.
FAQ
How many couples are part of this exclusive day?
We have intentionally limited I Do Express to just three couples on July 11, 2026. This ensures the environment remains intimate and our creative team can focus entirely on your specific two-hour window.
What is the guest limit for our "inner circle"?
Each couple may invite up to 50 guests.
Will we be sharing the space with other weddings?
Absolutely not. While three weddings happen on the same day, each celebration is completely private. We have built in generous buffer times between bookings to reset the design and ensure you never see another guest list.
Can we customize the aesthetic?
To maintain our "editorial precision," the design, florals, and styling are curated by The Caboose and our partners like Petal to the Metal + Flower Scout. However, light personalization is built into the process to ensure the day still feels uniquely yours.
What is the plan for inclement weather?
The Caboose is fully weather-ready. Whether you planned for the Perennial Gardens or the Main Hall, we have a thoughtfully designed indoor flow that looks just as stunning in photos regardless of the clouds.
Can we bring our own vendors (Photographers, DJs, etc.)?
To protect the pacing and high-quality output of the day, all creative vendors—including photography, video, florals, food and beverage—are pre-selected. The only outside professional you may bring is your own officiant, with advance coordination.
Is there a full dinner service included?
I Do Express is designed as an elevated cocktail-style celebration with signature seafood towers, small bites, and celebratory pours. It is not a seated dinner; however, we can happily arrange a private dining experience for you at Mr. Cat, our neighboring restaurant, immediately following your slot.
