Wedding Tastings
An invitation for your Wedding Tasting will be sent by The Caboose in December, the year prior to your event.
Tastings will be on Sundays in February, March, April, and May.
Tastings for Clients are included in the venue fee.
Clients are welcome to bring up to 4 additional guests for $110 per person.
Multiple Caboose Couples and their guests will be at each tending, all seated separately for privacy.
By preparing tastings for 10-12 instead of 2-4, our kitchen will be able to make a wider variety of our menu options and our bar team will be able to prepare more of our batched cocktails for you to taste!
Tastings will run from 12pm to 4pm and will include selections from all menu categories as well as beverage categories.
There will be two mock tables set for all to view - one with the Caboose Standard Rental Package and the booklet of rental linen colors and one with upgrade options available from Columbia.
From there, we’ll work to finalize your Menu - due one month before your event date.
At your tasting, we’ll provide a worksheet so you can record in real-time what you liked, what you didn’t, and anything else that will help us shape the perfect menu for your event. We’ll collect those note sheets and following the tasting, our team will share them back with you along with our full menu to help you make your final selections.
