This intimate dinner brings Colu Henry’s soon to be released cookbook to the table, inspired by her Better at Home philosophy—food that’s thoughtful but unfussy, elevated yet deeply livable. The evening is designed to feel warm, relaxed, and communal, capturing the confidence and comfort of home cooking in a shared setting.
Guests will be welcomed with a casual reception featuring some of Colu’s favorite “Snack-Bits” to set an easy, convivial tone, followed by a three-course seated dinner. Wine will be poured generously throughout the night, curated by the Grapefruit team, with a mix of white, red, bubbles, and rosé.
The menu is drawn entirely from Colu’s cookbook and prepared by The Caboose culinary team. Each course reflects the heart of the book—food meant to be cooked, shared, and enjoyed together—translated to a communal table while preserving a sense of intimacy.
